I live in Western NY, Grieco Ford offered me a great deal on a Bronco Raptor and a great deal on my trade, better than any of the dealers near my home. The salesman I dealt with is Keith Gray who was upfront and honest through the process. We negotiated over the phone and came to a deal, and I drove my trade to Grieco and drove back home with my Bronco and I couldn’t be happier!! A few days after I owned the Bronco called Keith to find out if they had done an oil change, the truck had 7,800 miles on it and I wanted to make sure it’s properly maintained. Keith believed the service had been done but couldn’t find the documentation so, without me asking, he sent me a check for $100 to cover the cost of the oil change at my local dealer. I did not expect this and told Keith I was not looking for them to cover the cost, I only wanted to confirm whether it had been done, but Keith insisted and said a check will be in my mailbox to cover the cost at my local dealer, that is a CLASS ACT, I was (and still am) very impressed, that is fantastic customer service!! I would recommend these guys to anyone and I’d absolutely make the drive from Western NY to buy another Ford from Grieco.
