I scheduled an appointment at Dewey Ford to handle to a recall notice on my Ford F-150. They were able to get my vehicle in at my convenience. I left my truck with Mr. Bentley as the service desk. He assured me the necessary fix would be completed within a short period of time. I received a text and a notice that my vehicle would be delivered to my home about six hours later! Mr. Boyd delivered my F-150 to the house, and he couldn’t have been more professional, courteous or kind. Every person I spoke with from Dewey Ford was outstanding!
