2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I got my Jeep repaired at the Dean Arbour Chevrolet body shop. I made the decision to use them because they were able to provide a loaner car (very nice car by the way)....This was my first experience with them. I dealt mainly with Jessica and had a great experience. She was very professional, personable and made things very easy. Admittedly I can be very particular and a bit demanding when it comes to my vehicle...both Jessica and Leslie were very impressive, handled it like pros and went the extra mile for me in a few different situations. I'm confident that management realizes the value that both of them bring to your dealership.
