I’d highly recommend this dealership. I recently purchased a palisade here. Josh and Matt made the buying experience both easy and efficient. They didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need, nor did I feel over pressured to make a deal. Most important, unlike some other dealerships, there were no hidden fees. At the end of the day, I got the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price, and it was treated well. I plan to go back for maintenance and when I need another vehicle.
We had our first experience with the service department at Patriot Hyundai of Bourbonnais on Monday, April 21, 2025. Very professional and courteous service. Not only did they provide excellent service; the car was clean and smelled wonderful. My wife was driving our second car. I stopped her and traded so that she could appreciate our freshly cleaned and pleasantly fragrant car. A great introduction to this new business in town.
