2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

We were on vacation in Maine and our car broke down. This is the only place in a 45 mile radius that would take us in that day. They are the friendliest, most cost saving auto shop that we have ever dealt with. They were thorough and did everything they could to work with us on our unfortunate circumstances. They made us feel like family and eased all of our anxiety about leaving our car 10 hours from home. I have never felt so much compassion and understanding from a car shop before and wish I could do more to repay them. Got my car inspected here. Also had a lower right ball joint replaced. Same appointment. Super professional. Very welcoming and all around great atmosphere. Very knowledgeable mechanics. I can continue to drive my Jeep safety knowing it’s inspected and safe. If it wasn’t for the folks st grey wolf I wouldn’t have known about my lower ball joint being lose!
