2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

The salesman that helped us ( James ) was informative and helpful. He was actually honest about the rides, be they new or used. He didn’t try to talk us down or push us on either choice though. When it come time for the credit check he kept things upbeat and didn’t make us wait long at all, though i won’t lie, i was a little nervous! All went well though. My only issue is that i have a 760 credit score and still had an 11% interest rate. The woman in the back said it was lower a couple years back for that credit score but for now it’s high. It’s unfortunate that the average people out here working ourselves to the grave are the ones having to suffer for all this. I guess that’s just how it is though. Up until that point though everything was really smooth and went very well and at 40 years old i left with my very first new ride with a great warranty.

The service dept helped us out tremendously today. We were on a trip and the engine light came on. After running a diagnostic test at an another dealership and auto zone we determined it was a sensor… this dealership had the part we needed and agreed to get us in despite booking into next week! David and Bridget were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.
