2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

Jordan was incredibly helpful throughout our purchasing process. Wayne in the service department is very helpful as well; knowledgeable and cares about getting the job done right. Price for our car was reasonable and competitive compared to other dealers. The car was bought in excellent condition. Michael is a great guy, and in all ways, this seems to be a trustworthy family business. My husband and I purchased a used 2014 Mazda CX-5 here in October ‘22. It had about 104,000 miles. It’s a gorgeous car. The condition is top notch for what you would find at that mileage. It’s clear that Ridgeview deep cleaned every inch as well. We had been to another dealer just a few days before and the difference was stark- I’m VERY glad we didn’t settle for one somewhere else. Jordan is the guy you’d want in a car purchasing process. He’s honest, not pushy, and goes out of his way to help with questions or other things through the process. When we first started looking for a car, we were apprehensive about going to a dealership, worried that we would need to be ready to try not to get ripped off. It was a relief to not need to worry about that. Also, the price was pretty on par with KBB value, when other listings had prices higher than valued. Wayne and his team have helped me with changing into snow tires, investigating a gas smell (turns out I overfilled the tank), and small adjustments; they also are the ones who did all cleaning prior to purchase. He has been attentive to detail and committed to the job. It wasn’t hard to get an appointment, either. We plan to come back to Ridgeview for any future repairs, even living half an hour away. Might be biased because I work here however I am also a customer who paid for my truck in service and WAYNE IS THE GOAT! I’ll always be surprised at how many options he gives to fix a problem based on budget ??
