2023 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I can only speak to Hayden as that’s who worked with me. What a great guy. I have never had repairs done at a dealership before and was expecting them to either price me out or simply refuse to touch my commuter vehicle given the state of it (I drive maybe 5x the national average). Nope! They were fast and helpful and understanding. There’s some nice parts, socially and culturally, of NW Montana left, and this dealership may be one of them - seems to still do the right thing and tries to help out. They’re lucky to have Hayden.

Working with Jake L. was wonderful from start to end! He reached out to me right away about ordering a new pilot and answered all of my questions quickly, either via phone and email. I greatly appreciated his time, patience and flexibility with the entire car buying process, as I did make a few changes throughout. Jake listened to me and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary items for my new pilot. Jake is dedicated to providing his customers with excellent service and he definitely exceeded my expectations.

Well before business hours one morning I saw and inquired about a Honda Passport that had just popped up on Corwin Honda's website. Almost immediately, sales consultant Jake Lorenzen got back to me, arranged a test drive, and I'd purchased the vehicle by noon that day. The late model, previously-owned lease return had just come in, so needed a set of new tires and some other refreshing. I live in a town 60 miles from Corwin Honda, so Jake offered to personally deliver the car to my home once it had been thoroughly gone over by the dealership. That generous offer of "going the extra mile" sealed the deal for me. Jake is a really nice guy and a consummate professional.
