2023 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

Worked with Bradley Oliver for the past year waiting for a 3.0 Premium GR Supra. Nice guy, calm, patient, and pleasant to work with. Had my 1st drive in a Supra almost 1 year ago. Glad to have found something that suits my needs. Still getting used to the Red though… it definitely gets a lot of attention… but that’s a Toyota thing since we cannot customize vehicles and have them built. Overall great experience with everyone.

Forkan Siddique, sales associate at Toyota of Plano, was a blessing. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful without the associate selling the vehicle more stressful. From the moment I met Forkan, he asked me questions about what I was looking for, he was kind to my son and included him, and met me in the middle with requests. If every sales associate were like him the car industry would be a lot easier and less stressful to navigate. Great customer service and from experience the service center has always taken great care of my vehicles. Great job!

We were looking for a used Camry and went to Toyota of Plano. Overall, it was a great experience & we will definitely return here to have the vehicle serviced. We provided the criteria we were looking for in terms of price, mileage, monthly payment, down payment, warranties, and so on. They worked out a deal to meet everything we asked for. We anticipated it being busy on a Saturday, but we were immediately greeted as we walked up to the front doors & the team member we were scheduled to meet was readily available. Everyone we interacted with (the salesperson, the used car managers, the finance manager) was kind and helpful. The process was smooth and easy, any questions we had were answered. The dealership itself was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Toyota or used vehicle!
