Thomas did a wonderful job helping me let go of my jeep Wrangler and buying a new Ford Explorer ST. He was very patient in realizing that the Jeep meant a lot and it was hard for me to part with and he gave me the time to let go of it, I know that sounds crazy but those of us who love our cars and think of it as a big purchase and keep them for long periods do appreciate the unpushy sales person .
