2021 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

My previous vehicle was backed into and totaled so I was thrown into needing to purchase a new one but had really no true idea of what I was wanting. Everyone at Regional Hyundai made this whole experience truly wonderful and easy. Cliff Monroe was my sales rep and he is simply put a wonderfully amazing person! I felt he really tried to understand who I was and what I needed/wanted and helped me find something that fit me. I cannot thank him enough for making a stressful and unexpected situation so incredibly easy. This was also my first time purchasing a car on my own and he was extremely patient and honest when answering all of my questions. The whole team at Regional Hyundai were extremely kind and patient. I ended up with a 2025 Kona and I am so happy with that choice. Both Cliff and Regional Hyundai will be my first recommendations when anyone asks me about where to get a new vehicle.

Let me first say, I can't say enough positive thing's about Regional Hyundai, so I'll try and keep this somewhat short. We have purchased several vehicles here in the past, with our newest being our 2025 Palisade! From Sales, Finance to Service everyone is awesome!! Our salesmen Andrew Rojas is hands down the best! He is knowledgeable, friendly and very patient and kind. We will definitely not only use him again, but will recommend him to all of our friends and family. Seriously the best! Mario in management and Dillon in finance are both top notch as well. My husband and I both want to thank all of them for taking such amazing care of us. I'm in love with our newest addition and know that Chris and Michelle in service will continue to take amazing care of us on the maintenance/service side as needed. So if your on the fence about which Dealership/Salesmen to work with, let me tell you, pick Andrew Rojas at Regional Hyundai! We're so happy we did!!

I requested information on a new 2025 Santa Fe calligraphy and was shortly contacted by Brad Johnson. He was one of the most accommodating salesman that I’ve ever bought from. I really did not want to drive 2 hours to purchase a car, but he met my price & then some! This guy is just so nice, respectful, and easy to work with. I love my new Santa Fe!
