I got my car from Gloucester Toyota almost a year ago and I love their service team! First dealership I’ve ever used where they don’t try to up sell me on anything, they do what I ask and they do it right!! They did bring one thing to my attention and they showed me and told me the price before continuing which was nice. They are fast, efficient, easy to communicate with, readily available with help and appointments. Very helpful, great bedside manner with women, I saw their interactions firsthand with an elderly woman who thought she needed a lot more work done. I’m glad she decided to get the work done through Gloucester Toyota, I bet she is too!! Great place, highly recommend!

My tire rotation experience was fantastic. The men at the service desk communicated well and wrote down how I wanted my tires rotated. Then the technician forgot to read the paperwork and rotated the tires straight forward and straight back. So I called the service department and came right back in. Upon doing so the technician was honest about his mistake and they rotated the tires properly for me. Holding each other as well as ourselves accountable will help us ALL to grow in knowledge and understanding!!!!!
