I had a great experience with the service department. I had a brand new vehicle that was purchased in Ohio 2 weeks ago that became completely inoperable while I was visiting Springfield. I first went to and the service manager was very rude, telling me they could get me in in a month, even when I explained I was stranded away from home. Bob Ridings got me in same day and helped get me a loaner vehicle free of charge so that I could get home.
Excellent service and a ton of selection to check out. Russ was THE guy! super helpful and easy to work with. No pressure and their setup was awesome for allowing us to view multiple options ahead of test driving. Justin was great and made paperwork a breeze! I'm not sure why we haven't been here before. We will be back again soon!
