2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

We just purchased a used vehicle yesterday and I’m not one to typically hand out reviews on-line but the buying experience here with our salesman RJ was extraordinary! RJ is honest, kind and made our process the easiest I’ve ever had! If you’re in the market for a Volvo, Mercedes or something off their used lot RJ cannot be beat! Hands down the best car salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.

Extremely thankful for all the help from Larry and RJ! I was eyeing a Porsche, and they both helped me along the way! Not to mention, I was 6 hours away, had to fly in, and we had to handle a lot of the process over the phone. Both gentlemen were really great at getting everything squared away and walking me through the process. I can't recommend them enough!! Very Very happy with my Panamera!!

We have purchased many cars, but have NEVER experienced the level of service we received at Centennial Imports (Mercedes of Pensacola). AJ is amazing all the way around. He’s extremely compassionate and genuine. We travelled from over 6 1/2 hours away because he was super prompt and professional on the phone. The car we purchased has definitely exceeded my expectations. I told my husband it’s only going to be Mercedes from here on out. :) Within the next few years, we will definitely be returning to this business for another Mercedes because we purchased with the intention of handing the current one down to our son.
