2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

Had a fantastic experience with Garrett and Avery at Lafayette VW! I drove out of state to purchase my new Atlas due to the customer service and personal touch before even stepping foot into the dealership. Avery made the process seamless as we were driving from 2 hours away- they had mostly everything ready to go by the time we arrived. Garrett had taken virtual tours of the cars for me prior to my arrival as well. I’ve never had an easier or less stressful car buying experience! 10/10 would recommend!

This is my second VW purchase within a year and I don’t think I will ever go elsewhere. The staff is courteous, patient, and always going the extra the mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase and price!! Plus Volkswagen is an amazing brand already!! Sean Bolden is awesome! He is very knowledgeable and personable, but not pushy like your typical sales guy. I'm not a huge car person, but he explained everything to me so it was clear and easy to understand. He went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle that fits our budget and lifestyle.
