I’m up in Traverse City but this dealership had a specific used Honda CR-V I wanted at a decent price range. Daniel and Brittany had been very helpful and prompt throughout the whole process via text and email. They were even able to drive it up to me up in TC which was very convenient for me. The only issue I have had since I received my CR-V 3 days ago is the passenger rear tire. I had let Daniel know that the driver told me of the tire pressure light turning on while he drove up here. Edit: Between Fox Kia in Grand Rapids and Fox Ford in Traverse City, the issue with my tires had been resolved. They even had a valet come pick up my CR-V while I was at work and brought it back with no cost to me. I love my CR-V and would recommend both of these Fox dealerships. Thank you again.
