2017 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I scheduled an appointment for service after a maintenance service light came on in my Mercedes SUV. I was given a call back and given the issue with the service light. That included, what needed to be done as far as parts being replaced and general maintenance. My service advisor Joy Williams was phenomenal. She kept me informed every step of the way on every detail of the repairs that my vehicle would be undergoing. And after every repair was done, I received a text or phone call from her that it was complete and the next repair was underway. Now I deal with customer service all the time and it doesn't get any better than this. Joy Williams and her coworkers are some of the best repair maintenance service advisors I have ever seen. They treat your vehicle as if it's their own. They are friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make sure that you understand the repairs, you understand the cost of the repairs, and why the repairs are critical in the safety and longevity of your vehicle. Folks, I'm telling you this was a 10 star service award. When my wife and I picked up our vehicle, we were greeted by Joy Williams, and she explained all the details to us on our paperwork, one of the employees who retrieved our vehicle was just so professional and treated our vehicle as if it was the last Mercedes on earth. Then I thought to myself, this is the Charles Barker difference. Yes, you could take your Mercedes to any other dealership, but I guarantee you will never find customer service, maintenance service and a host of people who love what they do at any other dealership. Kudos to everyone from the sales manager to the janitor at this location. They're operating on a different level.

Amazing sales team and knowledgeable staff!

Antoine was absolutely amazing to work with during my car buying experience. He was patient, efficient in returning calls and attentive to my needs and wants as a customer. Although, there were other options and locations I could’ve chosen to purchase a vehicle, the overall experience and service I received from Antoine was worth the two hour drive to Va Beach.
