2017 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

After looking and waiting for a bronco for the last couple of years I finally found one that was worth the wait. John was great to work with and so was Derek. John did an awesome job setting up the ford app and explaining the app and car to me. Thank you John for ordering my running boards and getting them on so fast ( less than a week after I purchased the car). Also thanks for the pizza place recommendation in Lake Geneva it was amazing! Derek was a pleasure to work with, he explained all the numbers to me was not pushy at all, listened to what I needed/wanted. The whole trading in a car a buying a new car experience was smooth. Joe in services was wonderful as well, putting on my new running boards and license plate front bracket. Joe called by 11:30 and let me know the car was all set. Thank you to the entire team for a nice easy car buying experience. I will be letting all my friends and family know about the service I received.

I have always had great service at Elkhorn Ford and this last visit was no exception. Any issues found have been explained very well to me and, as always, the staff is great. Very friendly atmosphere. I will continue to take our vehicles to Elkhorn Ford.

A travelers worst nightmare! Our car breaking down while out of town, 340 miles from home. We had our vehicle towed from the highway to the nearest Ford Dealership, Elkhorn Motors in Elkhorn Wisconsin. And what a fortunate happenstance that was!!! The service manager, Joe Costas could not have been more helpful and sympathetic to our situation. As a result, he willingly communicated with our Ford Dealer (Sinclair Ford) here in St. Louis and together, were able to locate the parts needed to get us repaired much sooner than later! We were so impressed with Elkhorn Motors that I told them if we lived in Elkhorn, I would be purchasing our next vehicle from them. In my opinion, Elkhorn Motors went above and beyond with their service. They were honest, upfront with everything and kept us informed of the progress on repairs. Elkhorn Motors has our highest praise and highest recommended! Thank you Joe and staff!
