2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

The most pleasant and fast experience in vehicle purchase we have ever had! We wanted a Cargo Van for our business and stopped by at 4:00pm on a Sunday! We left the dealership at 5:30pm with our new car! Ryan our sales consultant did an amazing job and was so friendly, also the finance specialist was so knowledgeable and very helpful to get the best deal! We definitely recommend this dealership which now has a new management :)

I call for a service appointment and received the time I wanted! I came in and the vehicle went into triage then the requested service. 1 hour later my vehicle was ready for pickup and the recommended services were on a email reporting all the good conditions my vehicle was in and the 1 service that should be done due to time and mileage. A brake fluid exchange. If I could get a call back for a price on the service it would be great! Rick

I bought a '15 Suburban from another location a year ago and was a little concerned about quality and maintenance and repairs as I've owned mostly foreign cars in recent years. There was a little upfront to get things 'right' but now it seems to have smoothed out a bit and we are just dealing with regular maintenance, oil, brakes, etc. Jet has always been very fair with me, I've been working with John in service and I've felt he is honest and a trustworthy advisor. I do wish the place was a little 'nicer' and offered more loaner options, but I'd rather have good service and fair prices than higher prices and a fancy waiting room.
