We were dreading the new car-buying experience and, after researching several Toyota dealerships, decided on DCH. We looked at a few cars in the lot by ourselves and matched up the VIN numbers with one's we'd seen online. Our salesman Hamza was very patient and knowledgeable and answered all our questions before the test drive and not once asked us how we were going to pay for the car. When we got back to the showroom, I asked him what the OTD price would be. After some negotiations and meetings with his manager, we agreed on a price. The finance manager recommended some add-ons but didn't press. The car was ready when we finished. Hamza explained all the features and even our phones to the car's Bluetooth features. The whole process took about 3 hours. I would recommend DCH and Hamza.
