I think I can count on one hand the amount of reviews I've ever written (I'm now 43), but these guys are more than deserving of one. My wife and I were in the market for a larger truck for towing our camper trailer. I went down the used car rabbit hole for a few weeks, and found plenty of great looking trucks, but also found plenty of horror stories when I would perform deep dives into the dealerships. When I first saw the truck, I'll admit I was bummed at first to find out that it was on a used car lot instead of a bigger dealership. Unfortunately, the reality is that there is a stigma with used car dealerships due to the bad actors who have created it. My experience with Ben and George at San Jose Auto Sales was definitely the opposite of what you'd expect. After church a few weeks back I felt an urge to reach out about the truck, just to verify if they had a Carfax on it. That kicked off a little text exchange with the owner George, who was prompt with responses and got me everything I needed. I asked if I could have my mechanic perform a presale inspection, and George did not hesitate or push back at all. In fact, he even delivered the truck to the shop and left it for them to inspect. My mechanic brought up a few minor wear and tear issues that he suggested addressing. Ben and George picked up the truck, had their mechanic address the issues, and brought it back for a follow up inspection to show the work was done properly. Last night, George came out a THIRD time (this time to my home) to sign the paperwork, drop off my new truck, and take away my old one. I've been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. It's something my company drives home hard, and I've seen/been a part of both ends of the spectrum and everything in between as far as this goes. George and Ben care about what they do. The honesty, communication, and overall service just had us blown away the entire time (I told a few coworker buddies that it seemed too good to be true). If you look at some of the other reviews, this is definitely a trend. That's actually why I reached out in the first place...it was honestly the only place that didn't kick off the Spidey-senses for me. I would definitely refer people to Ben and George. Thanks guys!
