Had my winter tires put on by the garage that has been servicing my cars for 10 years, this time had issues with proper fitting and kept losing air. The first tire they fit me in, corrected issue no charge. On Thanksgiving started losing air in another tire, they were closed on Friday so as the weekend went on the more I had to keep filling up. Went in on Monday and they said they were backed up and could may be see me after 3 - was going to Sherbrooke so started calling around and was striking out until I called M & A - he asked how soon could I get there, was there in 10 minutes. They confirmed it was the seal, fixed it and to my delight, modified the hourly rate since it only took 30 minutes. Friendly staff, very comfortable waiting area.

I bought a used Ford Escape from M&A Auto. Today, I took the car back 2 months after buying it because there was a knocking sound coming from the front end every time I ran over a pothole. FYI, the dirt roads of northeastern Vermont has thousands of potholes. They took the car back in the shop, and 20 minutes later, Mark (the M in M&A) came out to the waiting room and told me they had already replaced the sway bar links at no charge. He was under no obligation to do this because I bought the car with an as-is warranty, but he felt responsible that his mechanics missed that defect when they were detailing and performing a stem to stern inspection of the vehicle. I've owned about 40 automobiles in my life, both new and used, and this has been the best experience of all those past purchases.
