Andrew, Al and Brandon all took great care of me. There was another gentleman in financing that was also very nice but I had limited interaction with him and I don't remember his name (I'm sorry!). The whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured and believe we all got a fair deal. I took a test drive on my own. When I came back I briefly spoke with Andrew and AL before I went home because they were closing and I didn't want to keep them after hours. I was sent a secure link via email to start the financing application process. I filled it out and got approved while the dealership printed out most of the paperwork prior to my arrival the next day. After a few signatures and a down payment I was off the lot in my new vehicle. I had to finish some finance paperwork via a zoom call a couple days after leaving the dealership.
