2017 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

Just got into a 2024 Alfa Romeo Tonale and all I can say is wow. The entire process was absolutely amazing and a breeze. Everyone at Mike Ward’s is extremely friendly and not pressuring in the slightest. Gianna was the one that helped me get into my new car and I just have to say she was wonderful to work with, it is extremely obvious that she genuinely cares about each individual and their specific needs and focusing on finding the perfect path for them to go; without being in a hurry or pushy. She made me genuinely excited to have a new vehicle, which was awesome since I had to let go of my car that I loved, and made me feel welcomed and relaxed at the possibility of a new car, which being around many different dealerships, I have not once felt that way. Highly recommend stopping by to speak with her if you’re at all interested. It is clear that they want you to remain a lifetime customer, in which they make it very easy. I have worked with many dealerships and I have to say that Mike Ward Alfa Romeo is services department is by far the best in the business. I worked directly with Ashley in services and she was extremely helpful and professional with all of the questions and concerns that I had regarding my wife's Stelvio. Ashley in the service department is awesome! She helped me on intake when I drove to the wrong side of the building. Had a loaner ready to go which saved me a ton of hassle. Kept me informed via text while my car was in the shop. Got my car back ahead of schedule and clean.
