I loved my experience buying a new car at this shop! I felt taken care of every step of the way, like family! I currently live in NY, so I drove a bit to get the car in Springfield. I bought the car the same day, and came back a couple of days later to pick it up. Absolute put seat covers and had it waiting for my arrival. Well taken care of car visually! After a couple of days, I noticed some issues with the car and contacted Absolute, the owner got me in from NY and taken care of the same day! The team is like a family and seem to really take care and consideration into their work. They truly value their customers and take pride in the types of cars they sell, I will definitely be sending anyone I know over to shop with them!
