2017 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

This car dealership honestly was a breath of fresh air! I had a not so good experience At Werner Hyundai and was veryyy tense with walking into another dealership right after that BUT they were ALL so kind and it was actually genuine. I wasn’t sure what to expect with it being my first time shopping for a vehicle alone and as a woman, but my dealer Joseph Motiwala was such a joy to work with. My arm wasn’t being twisted to purchase a new more expensive car, and they were willing to negotiate and work with me… and truly the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. I felt like I could trust this dealership and gladly purchased my car from Kraft and I would do it again with no hesitation ?????????????? 100/10 recommend! ?

We arrived 30 minutes before they closed, just to do a test drive. Alan had made an appointment with Joseph, but Joseph was unavailable. However, Joseph made sure that Paul was available. By the time Alan and Paul returned Joseph was there as well. The two of them were so laid back, no pressure. Like all the other reviews state, they both wanted to make sure we were happy. They spoke with us as if we had been friends for a long time, answering our questions with refreshing honesty. "Closing time" was upon us and we started rush so they could go home. Both of them, and Curtis took pains to let us know that they would stay late and it wasn't a problem at all. This is my 5th car buying experience in Tallahassee and this is BY FAR the most pleasant. We are very excited to be the new owners of a Prius Prime!

Carl at Infinity Service is always on top of everything. He is super nice and professional. Carl takes his time to answer any questions I may have. He loves his job and always goes the extra mile which makes for a great experience. My vehicle is always in great condition and serviced well for the past 3 years. Definitely recommend Infiniti of Tallahassee.
