Bought a red 2010 F150 from Family Motors ~6-7 months ago. When I bought the truck, the drive shaft had an issue that made turning the wheel stick. When I called Family Motors back, they replaced the part for free with no fees for work or the part. Now half a year down the line it still runs perfectly.
