2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I have had bad experiences before with used auto dealers, but Kennedy and the staff at Lakeview were very straight forward, they didn’t try to close the deal, I picked what I wanted and drove a very long distance just to do business with this caliber of customer service, and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Was definitely worth the drive. This team of professionals have gained a long term customer, and they have a great selection of trucks too. I encourage anyone who has had a less than desirable experience with used car dealers to give them a shot. I am very pleased. Thanks again.

Excellent customer service. I talked with Kennedy as well as the manager and the owner. I also dealt with the financial manager. Everyone was great. Not pushy at all even if I can be a bear to deal with at times. I didn’t plan to buy a vehicle so soon but they worked really well with us. Hard to find that type of customer service these days. We will happily return to buy another vehicle.
