2017 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I purchased a car here and was assisted by Chaz (Sales Representative) and Justin (Finance Manager). Both guys displayed AWESOME customer service and were really down to earth. They weren't pushy nor aggressive, so I appreciate that because going to a dealership can feel taxing. They both were open & honest and helped me feel comfortable with the buying process..... Definitely ask for them if you are purchasing a car here. I also want to give kudos to Mr. Santos (he is also in sales). I met him when I brought my car in for service. I have owned 3 Infiniti vehicles and purchased two of them from Infiniti of South Atlanta. I decided to trade my Kia Cadenza and go back to Infiniti. I called and spoke with Brandon about two cars he had in his pre owned fleet. The call was everything I didn’t expect. There was no pressure and he only ask my name. We talked briefly and I decided to go the next day to test drive only. Walked in and was greeted by two people one of them being Mike. We test drove the car and I loved it. Still no pressure so being a female making this purchase by myself I suddenly started to trust these guys. I purchased the 2023 QX55 Essential. Brandon and Mike were very respectful of my time and made the transaction very smooth. I didn’t spend hours haggling with them so at this point I’m an Infiniti for lifer. Thank you Brandon and Mike and the finance guy sorry his name has escaped me. I have a few minor wrinkles to iron out with the vehicle but I feel confident that Mike is a man of his word and all will be well.
