Saturday morning I showed up with fresh bagels and was immediately greeted with a healthy hand shake and a smiling energetic friendly Chris. I was literally in and out of their dealership in just over an hour back on the road heading home. These guys absolutely did everything they could to not only accommodate my needs long distance but once in the property they made sure I was very well taken care of. Super friendly, easy to do business with, seemingly no non sense laid back local family people. Down to earth easy to communicate with. I will absolutely make the trip again and recommend Keim to as many people as I can.
After being in a car accident in which my 4 month old car was totaled, Anthony worked with me to get another vehicle. He went above and beyond to get me pre-approved while waiting for my insurance to make a determination of the car. Not only did he help me get another loan, he transferred my Sirius, contacted the insurance company with new car info. Etc. All I had to do was walk in, sign and drive away.
