100000% recommend this place. Steve in the service department always helps me out and is THE BEST. Anytime I have a problem with my car I take it here and Steve takes wonderful care of me, explains everything so I can understand (idk anything about cars), and answers all of my questions. The lady at the rental department is also the sweetest and was super helpful, her desk is so cute and she is so kind and bubbly. I am super grateful for both of them especially all of the times Steve has helped me with my car. Everyone is so nice and seems happy at their job which makes me happy to give them more business. Wow! The service at Cadillac was exceptional! I've been trading cars every year or twice a year, but I've never experienced service like this before. From the sales team to the finance manager, everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They treated me well, ensuring my satisfaction throughout the process.
