2018 Ford Explorer Platinum 4WD

I was a little bit hesitant due to previous reviews but I decided to give it a chance and they didn’t disappoint , I always try to support small and local businesses whenever possible I’m not gonna lie it could use a bit of updating and maybe a tv in the waiting area but other than that the staff is really friendly and helpful I was told they are under new management and trying to give the best customer service possible to keep their customers happy I told them what I was looking for in a vehicle and my budget and they show me my options credit application is fast and easy ,inventory is low but they answered all my questions and are very straightforward which I liked the mechanic was kind and honest about what to expect from each vehicle ,the conditions of it and his recommendations so far I had a good experience and will be buying a vehicle for my son that just started driving Thank you so much Irvin,Junior ,Rosa and Miguel ????
