Had a great experience with Bobby at Groove Toyota buying my certified pre-owned Toyota Highlander :) Bobby spent 5 hours with me and was insanely pleasant and patient, and I am a pretty shrewd overthinker. Shopped around many dealerships but Groove is family owned and treats their employees well, and you can tell by the way they do business. From the time I walked in the door, I was treated very well by the salespersons. Bobby helped me find the make and model that "fit" me and felt "right," and he also really went to bat for me with his manager when it came to sticking within my budget for that final price. I am very pleased with my experience and if you are shopping for a Toyota, Groove is a trustworthy place to take your business here in the Denver Metro, less corporate but all the same perks of any other major accredited Toyota dealership. Also...I appreciated the guarantees the silver certification came with on my vehicle. Thank you so much for helping me give myself the best gift I could to myself on my birthday...a safe and solid set of wheels ???? it's been a long time coming waiting to buy my next car...but Perla and I (that's her name now ????)
