We went there to purchase a dryer, we explained what the issue was with our dryer, Wayne said bring it I bet it's an easy fix, got our dryer there and sure enough it was a thermostat, parts/labor 60.00 out the door. Honest people!! Great selection of products. Check them out. They also repair vehicles, had them check what we thought was our hub no issues, grease it up and no issue. They could have took us for hundreds of dollars and yet again they did not!!
(Update: Our washer is still working great a year later!) I'm going to say something in response to the negativity here. The people we spoke to and bought our washer from were kind. We got a used washer for $175 and were told we could bring our old one in for $25 back. We have a family of 7 and easily spent $25 a week at the Laundromat for the two months our washer was down. We knew the risks of buying a used/repaired washer from a place selling them for a third of the normal "refurbished" price. Worst case scenario, it lasts us a month meaning we broke even over the time it works. If it fails before then, I could return it for repair or replacement. But if I come in with a chip on my shoulder accusing the store of corruption and leave a bad review before all of my options are expended, I'm only making it harder on myself and others who can't afford to buy new appliances, people who need a "hold me over until" option. There is a time to cry foul, but let it be at the END of all of your options. Patience and understanding goes a long way. Don't be taken advantage of, but also don't assume every time something doesn't go your way that you're getting punked. The technology of these machines is way more complicated than they were 30 years ago and there is a lot more that could be wrong than can be found out in a couple days of running tests. Don't expect brand new warrantied condition when you pay a fraction of the cost. Our "new" washer from here is doing great so far. If it lasts me two months, I've saved $50 in washing my clothes and another $50 in gasoline to get me to the Laundromat.
