Beautiful showroom and waiting area. Scheduled an appointment so didn’t have to wait to meet with salesperson. Gave me fair trade-in and the car prices were as stated, no sales commission. All paperwork, title transfer, plates, loan, insurance was handled by the dealership. (No trip to the DMV!) Will definitely work with this sales team again.

Took older vehicle in for oil change. Wanted to see what was available in a used vehicle with less mileage. Sales person was very kind and transparent. When sales person learned what I was looking for he said that there were available new vehicles at close to what I was willing to spend. The entire exchange from used to new was very easy. The entire team at Kocerek was kind, not pushy, and helpful. All in all a great experience.

I took my car in for some recalls. I was very impressed. Rich the service writer was very nice. They had my car done in no time. Would recommend to anyone.
