2011 Ford Escape

Got in about 9AM, was greeted by friendly people at the Service Department. I went in for a vehicle inspection and I was told it would be done in about 15 - 20 minutes. (Not a problem better than the hour wait time I was told at another establishment! ) I walked over to the customer lounge, sat in the comfy chairs and got my book out to read. During my wait, I had the pleasure of listening in on 2 gentlemen talking about how thankful they were to be alive at their age and heard them swapping childhood memories. It put a smile on my face and before I knew it my car was ready to go! Only $7.00. Praise God! The service department employees are wonderful, the patrons are delightful and the establishment itself is clean and lively. Looking for a quick oil change or vehicle inspection - look no further!

The buying process was so easy! Alex was our sales person and I can not recommend him enough. He was incredibly helpful, available, knowledgeable, and super accommodating!
