I own a 2013 Taurus with 52000+ miles. After several weeks of having my car in the shop at another dealership and finally being told it could not be fixed, and while dreading that I would have to buy another car, I decided to have my car towed to your dealership. This was after I had spoken with your Service Advisor Terry Towe who assured me they could fix it. Thursday morning after the car was towed late in the afternoon on Wednesday Terry called that my car was fixed and ready to go! I couldn’t believe it and insisted they drive it for a while to see if was indeed fixed. They did and I’m so happy to say it is running great.
