This is my first new car and the process couldn’t have been any better. Amanda Ortiz Irizarry was super helpful throughout the whole process. I was able to test drive the 2023 Nissan Sentra S which is the I bought and her honesty and integrity were unmatched compared to other sales consultants I dealt with at other Nissan dealerships. I got to trade in my 2008 Ford Fusion for a higher price than I expected. This is my first time owning a car that isn’t manufactured by an American brand and I gotta say this car is incredible. I love how smooth it drives as well as all the features such as the lane departure warning, the lights inside that turn on when another vehicle is in my blindspot, the miles per gallon I get after I park and turn off the engine, seeing the tire pressure on the dashboard, the automatic braking when I get too close to another car in front of me, the eco and sport mode and so many others. I never would’ve guessed that I’d be able to trade in my 15 year old car for a brand new one. I know this is my first Nissan but if it has all these safety features then I’ll be bold and say that Thomas Nissan has definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you not only to Amanda but to all of the staff members at Thomas Nissan, you all made me feel welcome and you all explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Thanks again!

Came in for an oil change and CVT drain/fill for my 2015 Rogue, along with a diagnostic on a check engine light that I was struggling to resolve on my own. Both Anthony in service, and Fred the tech were awesome. Absolutely amazing communication from Anthony, even with phones being down for a period of time for them, we communicated via email. It was my first time with Thomas Nissan, and we will defiantly be back for service on our Rogue.
