2012 Ford Escape XLT

My experience was great. Suntrup was able to take my car right away when many of the other dealerships couldn't see me until mid-May. Michael Moxley was my service rep and he was wonderful. He straight talked me from the very beginning and was forthcoming with all that was happening with my car repairs. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my many questions. The mechanics got my work done in a fraction of the time they originally thought, while still being incredibly thorough. I will be back. Thank you everybody!

I love my 2002 Ford Ranger Truck. I originally purchased it at Suntrup and it is still running strong! I had a wonderful experience in working with my service advisor Mike M. Mike kept me very well informed during the entire service experience. Mike was also very patient with my many questions. It’s easy to see that Mike is a busy guy that really loves his job.
