The only interaction I've had with Matt (maybe it was Mark) was today on eastbound highway 34 near Fairfield when he passed me in a company HHR and then slowed down to below the speed that I had the cruise control set at. I tried to get away, but he eventually caught up with me and matched my speed again. Then he slowly went around and I never saw him again. Why do people drive like this?
