2012 Ford Escape

5 stars for sure!!! Super easy and quick process if you have everything together (Unfortunately for them, I made the process a bit more challenging ???? Even with my lack of experience and scatter brained planning they helped me with not only the process for purchasing the car but also helped me with the insurance aspect. Truly a saint ????) From the time I walked in till the time I left I genuinely had a good time. The customer service was impeccable and felt like a visit to a relative you like. They have plenty of selections and all the information is on their website or on the car itself. After visiting, I read the reviews to leave my own and was frankly disappointed with the so-called "customer" reviews. I was able to drive a car off the lot with complications (my doing and the process was still quick) it was probably your fault things didn't go exactly how you wanted(micromanaging and stubborn people) I arrived late and the boss man even kept the doors open after closing hours for me. I could go on about the establishment, but it wouldn't do them justice. Try it out for yourself. Amazing service, prices, and vehicle quality.

My mom and I went here to look at a truck for my youngest son, the owner was very nice, gave the car facts, discussed the vehicle with us, answered our questions and we brought the truck home for my son the same day. Very pleased
