Overall good experience with the service. Had oil change done for my Nissan here. The complimentary water wash and the vaccum is subpar compared to other places that I had been. The service manager suggested that since it’s a complimentary service it is going to be like that. The rims were not cleaned at all and the back seats weren’t vacuumed either.

Excellent. It was the best service center experience that I have ever had. The service was fast and the service manager kept in contact with me and explained everything along the way. Drop off, check out and pick up was fast. Sonya the service manager was so nice and professional. I hope to have her waiting on me the next time I visit the service department. It was definitely my best visit at any Nissan location. Thanks Sonya.

My experience at Auto Nation, Hacks Cross, was excellent! My wife and I felt welcome and were accommodated. The sales consultant, Yong Lee was the epitome of professional, attentiveness, and resolute in meeting our stated need. Yes Lee listened intently with the purpose of providing us what we asked for. I will recommend others to see Lee personally. Marcel Jones, of finance, was excellent in his own right. He was clear in his presentation, listened, and offered alternative plans with the professionalism that we expect. Lastly, both men were very personable and exemplified all that we expect regarding customer service in any business.
