This was the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional dealership that I’ve been to for a while. I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of car to get for a while and decided on the 2024 Santa Fe Limited! I encountered Terrence, the best salesman ever, and told him exactly what I was looking for down to the colors. He absolutely delivered! Even literally delivered my SUV to my job once it arrived at the dealership. He handled everything and made sure that he explained everything. I must admit they gave me some amazing discounts on the price. Finance is everyone’s nightmare but I worked with John W. He was very personable. What I really liked is that neither Terrance or John tried to get over on me because I was a woman. John did not hassle me into buying all of their warranties. I got exactly what I wanted and needed. I was very satisfied with his professionalism as well. If you’re thinking about checking this place out you will not be disappointed. Ask for Terrence C. from sales and John W. from finance and you will leave one happy customer!

Just purchased our first Hyundai, a Palisade Calligraphy. It's beautiful! Everyone at the dealership was amazing to work with and went above and beyond. No other dealers in the Charlotte area or in NC/SC had the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted but Fort Mill Hyundai found one in GA for me! It took two days from time of visiting dealership to actual delivery. This was the easiest car buying process experienced. In and out in several hours from start to finish. Their service at the dealership and followup has been excellent. I'm excited about my purchase and hope the Palisade lives up to its reviews and my expectations. I recently received a call they I had a recall on my vehicle from Fort Mill Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle from. They made an appointment for me at my convenience and I went in for that appointment. They were absolutely top notch!! They got me in as soon as I arrived, made me comfortable in their impressive lounge, where they had complimentary drinks and snacks. I was very comfortable while I waited, which was not very long at all. I was call by name when my vehicle was ready and walked out to a freshly washed and dried vehicle.
