I’m that guy that always buys local! I would rather eat in Crawford County to support my hometown people rather than drive across the river for a bigger selection. With that being said, I’ve tried to buy from Rhodes for years but never could make it happen because the prices and the attention was always so much better in NWA. Yesterday, that changed. I met Grant Neal, one of the grandsons while window shopping to go make my buy in NWA the next week. He pulled me in, told me that he would not let anyone beat his price or service ever again. He meant every word out of his mouth. We picked out what I wanted, at another dealership mind you, he had it there the next morning, showed me the price and how he was going to beat everyone else, and then asked what accessories I wanted. Long Story Short, within 24 hours, I was in my 2024 Silverado RST with the 6.2L. He gave me oil changes that others won’t, mounted some accessories from other trucks that I wanted on mine and I was out the door. Signed the paperwork and I was done. As I left, he shook my and and told me welcome to the Rhodes Family, and told me we are now friends for life, and I am now going to be buying from Crawford County for ever! I’ve never been more excited to have finally opened that door that’s been closed for as long as I’ve been buying vehicles! Go see them if your looking. I went through three different “mom and pop shops” with the dealership being my last resort (due to cost) for a diagnosis on my 2015 Chevy Malibu, when coming here should have been the first place I went to!!! It took them less than a week to get me in and out of the shop, and they stayed in contact with me through everything. Rhodes is excellent, friendly, fast, and professional. I will no longer look anywhere else but here for my car maintenance needs!
