John was wonderful and helped me find a new car that I was truly excited about after mine was sadly totaled, I was so sad to have to replace her but he turned it into an exciting experience and listened to what my needs were (even though I myself was unclear on them). Jim was incredible, and made me feel heard and supported through the whole process which was really important because I like to keep my cars, so this was a really big decision and I was also a bit emotional about it. Such a great and easy experience purchasing a vehicle!! Joe G, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not the typical sales person pushing to get a sale. While Joe was getting things together for our purchase, his coworker Jim, I think, was also very helpful in answering other questions that I had. When the time came to take care of the paperwork, Steve S was able to get us the best financing for our purchase!! I have to say that these 3 employees are really good at their jobs and really like their customers!! I would most definitely recommend this dealership and these salesmen!! Great customer service!!
