2014 Ford Escape

Diego is super friendly and the service department runs very smoothy. I had an issue with my daughter’s car over the weekend and they were able to work me in on Monday. I know this can’t happen every time but I appreciate the kindness and the willingness to help me when it was possible. Five stars ?? ????????

My experience has been top notch! The team was informative for the maintenance my vehicle would need soon, but I wasn't pressured into buying anything necessary. They checked in with me from time to time to see if I was in need of anything and to update me on my vehicle. Great customer service.
