Great salesman. Initially Ed seemed a little confused, but jumped right on the game. Did an amazing job of showing me the vehicle and didn't pressure me about it. Made it a comfortable buying experience. He did well answering any questions I had and even kept good conversation in down time while we had to wait for other things. During vehicle delivery he made sure I had everything I needed and even did some touch ups to make sure the car was clean and shining for me. Can't even begin to tell how wonderful the service manager and his team are. We weren't even customers, we had a flat tire across the street and had problems changing it.
