2017 Ford Escape SE

I had been hunting for a 3/4 pickup for quite some time. The used ones are still expensive and Branine had a 2019 that was in beautiful shape and the price was right. Sales and service were both great. I highly recommend then as a dealer.

The service department was very courteous and easy to work with. They ordered the tires I needed and had my vehicle taken care of in a timely manner and were great at communicating!

Amazing Staff and Excellent Service and Support! Stopped by in an emergency with my very not GM, Mercedes Electric. The parts Manager didn't hesitate to take me to the service manager, who did some extra checking and even though their new Level 2&3 EV Chargers we're not installed as of yet, they dusted off an old EVSE in the far service dept bay and with some creative engineering managed to get my vehicle charging on a charger originally designed for Hybrids at a decent charge rate even! Both myself and my partner are incredibly grateful to the entire staff for their help and amazing customer service skills. It was great to visit Osage City for the first time. And get such a warm welcome to someone clearly not from the area. Thank You All!
