Today I had the pleasure of visiting Rockford Auto Group and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot into the dealership, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the owner Jovanny. He is knowledgeable and attentive, going above and beyond to understand my needs and preferences. He patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights to help me make an informed decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire buying process stress free. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations. The combination of a vast selection of quality vehicles, exceptional customer service, and seamless buying process made it a truly remarkable dealership. I would highly recommend Rockford Auto Group to anyone in search of a new car, as they truly go above and beyond to provide an outstanding experience. Thank you, for making my car-buying journey a memorable one! Love the logo as well!

Recently bought a vehicle from them. The experience was pleasant, not a hassle at all. Great family enviornment, not sure if family owned. The staff speaks spanish and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. The vehicles are in very good condition and are straightforward about any concerns. They are very knowledgeable. I am very glad I decided to purchase through them.

This is the most honest dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. First of all, they have the cleanest used cars around. The owner despises rust and makes sure he doesn't sell anything with a speck of it. Many of the cars are brought in from sunnier states and it shows, not only because they aren't rusted but the paint is also in better condition than normal. I bought a 2014 Golf and it was in fantastic shape, price was great too. Here's why I actually took the time out of my day to leave these guys a review though. A couple weeks after I bought the car, a check engine light popped on. I called the owner and he told me to bring it in to a shop, that he would cover the repair costs. When it turned out that the issue was actually very expensive to repair, he had a conversation with me and we agreed the best thing at that point was for him to simply take the car back and give me a full refund. He proceeded to do exactly that, even paying for the tow to get the car back to him. If he had been a less honest person, I really had no legal ground to stand on; I would have been completely screwed. Despite the fact that the car ended up breaking down, I have absolutely no doubt that the dealership had no ill-intentions when they sold the vehicle. This was just a case of bad luck and they could not have handled the situation better. And that's actually exactly what I think anyone really wants from a car dealership: committed honesty to good business even when things go wrong. Would 10/10 buy a car from them again.
