2017 Ford Escape SE

Had an emergency issue with my engine cover falling and scraping against the pavement 3 hours into a 4 hour drive. Thankfully, Auto Connection was within 2 miles of where I was parked on I-85, waiting for AAA, and they were open. Limped down to the shop and they were incredibly accommodating, getting my car on the lift to remove what few pins remained intact. And they wouldn’t let me pay them for the service. The entire staff was friendly and their generosity to a stranger from out of town was very much appreciated.

My car broke down right next to Auto Connection due to my alternator. The owner and the employees were very nice. They answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on how I could save money. They made me feel very comfortable, provided me with options and zero pressured. All very important factors when trying to make a decision regarding costly vehicle repairs. They did an excellent job replacing my alternator. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again.

LISTEN HERE!!!!!!! Questions? Doubts? FRET NOT! Auto Connection is the real deal. I needed a MAJOR, emergency repair and pulled up 30mins before closing. Mr. Mike fixed me up and had me back on the road in no time. Not to mention, I’m almost sure I owe them much more than they charged me. I will forever be grateful for the staff and ownership of Auto Connection!!!
